Yes. You may withdraw from the unlock purchase within 7 (seven) days without giving a reason. Email contato@motofinance.com.br and, if possible, include the order number starting with “GPA.” and/or the email of the Google account used for the purchase. Within the first 48 hours, you may also request a refund directly through Google Play. A refund resulting from withdrawal revokes the unlock once the app synchronizes the purchase status with Google Play. See the Terms of Use for details.

At the moment, the unlock is individual and is purchased through Google Play at the price shown in the store; there is no specific plan for groups or cooperatives.

Completely. MotoFinance stores everything on the phone itself using a local database (SQLite). There is no connection to any server — the app works in airplane mode without any limitation.

Yes. The dashboard shows real-time net profit for the day, week and month, already deducting all recorded expenses. You can clearly see how much actually stayed in your pocket after fuel, maintenance, food and other costs.

The app comes with three starting sources — Rides, Deliveries and Tips — and you can rename them or create any income source you need in Settings → Income Sources.

Yes. The app includes default categories like Fuel, Maintenance, Food and Others, but you can create, rename and organize expense categories to match your own routine.

Yes. In Settings → Recurring Entries you can create daily, weekly or monthly rules for income and expenses. The app posts them automatically on the configured date — great for bike rental, equipment payments or health insurance.

You set a monthly income or profit goal. The app tracks your progress daily and shows how much is left to reach the target, with a visual progress bar. It helps you stay focused and know whether your current pace is on track.

Go to the Reports tab, select the desired period and tap "Export PDF". The document is generated on the phone with charts and metrics and can be shared via WhatsApp, email or saved to storage.

Yes. In addition to PDF, you can export data in CSV format — compatible with Excel and Google Sheets. Useful for custom analysis or reporting income for tax purposes.

MotoFinance will launch first on Android through Google Play. An iOS version is being evaluated for the future.

Yes. The app automatically detects your phone language, but you can force a different language in Settings → Language. Options are Portuguese (PT-BR), English and Spanish.

Yes. MotoFinance does not operate a server that stores or accesses your entries; they remain in the device's local SQLite database. They can leave the device only if you choose to export, share, or set up backup to a folder you select.

No. The app does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on PCMC Tecnologia Ltda. servers. The purchase is processed by Google Play; read our Privacy Policy for details.

No. MotoFinance does not request or use location, camera, microphone, or contacts permissions. Optional permissions are notifications, access to a folder you select for backup export, and biometrics when enabled by you.

Go to Settings → Security → Enable PIN. You set a 4-digit code that will be required every time you open the app. If your phone supports biometrics, such as fingerprint or supported facial recognition, you can enable it in the same menu for quicker and safer access.

No. MotoFinance shows no ads, banners, or promotions of any kind. The clean experience will be supported by a one-time purchase.

Use the backup export option in Settings. You can save the file to a selected folder or share it using Android's native menu for safekeeping.

You can export manually or enable automatic backup to a folder that you select and authorize. If that folder is in a cloud service, the file is also subject to that service's policy.

If you have an exported backup file, you can restore it on the same device or on another one (Settings → Data → Restore backup). Without a backup the data cannot be recovered: PCMC Tecnologia has no copy of it. So export backups regularly and keep them off the device. The purchase stays on your Google Play account: when installing the app on another phone, sign in with the same Google account.

The purchase follows the Google account that installs the app from Google Play; on another device, sign in with the same Google account and follow the rules shown by Google Play. Data is not synchronized between devices: to move it to another phone, export a backup and restore it there.

No. The app does not use an account or its own server for synchronization. Keep exported copies under your control and consider the selected service's policy if you store a file in the cloud.
